We apply stain removers if ordered. If a pre-spray is ordered we utilize an ultra safe, odorless, VOC free, hypo allergenic pre-spray. Our pre-spray is earth friendly. It emulsifies and breaks down the oily binders keeping soil attached to your carpet fibers. We then agitate with our counter rotating brush machine that gets the hard to get MUCK. Note: Every product we use possess a green seal and is approved by the EPA to protect indoor air quality (IAQ).
